Daniel Moretti

Daniel Moretti is Director of Distribution & Educational Programs at Frameline, where he oversees distribution for LGBTQ films and a national education program that brings queer cinema to middle and high schools. Daniel has over a decade of experience at the intersection of film and social change in diverse locations, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, the Philippines, and London. He's held positions at ITVS where he managed a national screening and community engagement program for Independent Lens on PBS, at Active Voice where he oversaw operations for film-based impact campaigns, and at the Global Film Initiative where he supported its distribution, acquisition, education, and granting programs for world cinema. He holds an M.Sc. in Gender, Media, and Culture from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Television/Video Production and minor in Gender Studies from Emerson College.
