Adithya Varadarajan

Hello!

I'm Adithya and I'm an Education Designer for the Nordic Rebels Movement, part of the IDBM Blended Minor at Aalto University (where I'm also a student). I am passionate about evolving educational experiences, taking the university to where students are, creating strategic and systemic solutions, and working with emerging tech (AI, AR, VR, IoT).

As an Education designer, I hope to enable continuous (lifelong) learning and make Nordic Rebels' methods accessible to a wider audience who will benefit from engaging, flexible and tailored learning experiences, and leverage our methods to tackle wicked problems.

Previously I've worked as a UX Strategy Expert for an augmented reality app, Grib3D, and as a UX project director at Human Factors International (HFI). At HFI, I led design teams to deliver award winning user experience solutions and also worked on helping set up teams, processes and best practices within a complex corporate structure.
