Omar Abdullah

Omar Abdullah is an interdisciplinary scholar, comedian, communication consultant, and a media producer. He earned his Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from the University of California, Davis. He is the founder of OA Consulting Group, which helps individuals and organizations improve their communication skills and social dexterity. Currently, he is the Community Outreach Manager for Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, seeking to raise awareness regarding autism treatment through applied behavior analysis.

Additionally, his comedic work has been featured on the front page of Funny or Die and SF Sketchfest. He enjoys facilitating applied improv workshops, emceeing engaging keynote events, and brainstorming marketing pitches through storytelling. Omar's recent research has centered on how improvisational methodologies can help build inclusive communities and express diverse viewpoints.
