Cathy Jones

Cathy Jones, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of Austin Partners in Education (APIE). Cathy joined APIE in June 2012 and has over 20 years of educational experience as a teacher, mentor, assistant principal, human resources director and assistant superintendent. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Angelo State University, a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas State University, and a doctorate in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at Austin’s Cooperative Superintendency Program.
