Leslie Reyes
Leslie Reyes is a single mother of a 9-year-old daughter and has recently graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey with a 4.0 GPA and a master's degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations focusing on the adversity associated with racism, poverty, lack of equity, and recycling deprivation. She previously graduated with High Honors and a bachelor's degree in Labor Studies. She was previously awarded the Pamela Sue Schmidt Scholarship Award for Outstanding Service to the Community. She's a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. She is recognized as a Hispanic Scholarship Fund Scholar and during her senior year as an undergraduate, she served as the vice president of Rutgers Students with Children (RSWC), a student organization supporting student parents. Reyes is currently working as an HR special projects coordinator for Rutgers University.
