Jeff Kuhn

Jeff Kuhn, PhD is an Instructional Designer in the Office of Instructional Innovation at Ohio University. He works with university faculty and staff on course development and redesign in both face-to-face and online classes. Prior to this position Jeff spent 15 years as a classroom educator, teaching English as a Second Language and linguistics. For the past six years Jeff has served as an English Language Specialist working with educators around the world on integrating technology, specifically video games, into classroom practice. His research interests are in informal learning spaces, open source technology in education, video games as social spaces, and distributed cognition.
