Karmin Williams

Karmin Williams is the Assistant Principal at Faubion School. She not only works closely with the families and students of the Faubion community, but is also instrumental in the design and implementation of 3 to PhD®. This education model focuses on placing school as the hub of the community, which include wraparound services for children and families, a wellness center, early childhood education, STEAM, and a strong, ongoing partnership with Concordia University. Her career and professional aspirations are to work in a field where she is able to improve educational systems and outcomes for our most fragile youth, whether that be in the school setting, university level, or in a government or community settings.
