Christina Ward

Christina Ward is a Strategist at Luminary Labs, a consultancy that develops strategies and innovation systems to help Fortune 500, government, and nonprofit organizations thrive in the face of change. She leads Luminary Labs’ work on the Power in Numbers initiative on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education.

Christina draws from her experience in social innovation and her more recent work in data-driven decision-making. Her passion for international development led her to work in five continents and nine cities in nonprofit and for-profit endeavors. She transitioned from equity analyst to strategy consultant by way of business school, where she advised large and mid-cap U.S. companies across the consumer, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.

Christina holds a B.A.H. in Public Policy from Stanford University, an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Oxford, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
