Dan Macklin

Mr. Dan Macklin co-founded Social Finance, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Community & Member Success until June 6, 2017, where Mr. Macklin will be staying on in an advisory role. Mr. Macklin led medium enterprise sales and product development for Standard Chartered Bank in China and North-East Asia. He held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank within corporate banking and the CEO's Office in London and Singapore. Mr. Macklin studied B.A. in Business Economics from University of Durham in England between 1995 and 1998. He also holds an M.S. in Management degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. From 2010 to 2011, he studied from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
