Kaitlyn Velazquez

Kaitlyn Velazquez is a student at Harvest Collegiate High School. Though she is still in high school, she has emerged as a leader for social justice. Kaitlyn was recently profiled in a video about student perspectives on culture and belonging. She was also the lead student organizer for her high school's participation in the national mass walkout to demand new gun laws, Washington Square Park, NY.
