Amiee Winchester

Amiee Winchester is the Director of Education Research and Planning at Trinity Education Group (TEG). In this role she leads the organization’s research and data efforts for its clients, in addition to working with K-12 districts to develop goals-aligned data strategy and competency-based professional development programs. Prior to joining TEG, Amiee worked as a project director for the U.S. Department of Education, where she focused on building an organization-wide strategy to better collect and report data on equity in education technology for K-12 students. Also, Amiee’s past experience includes policy work for Washington D.C. education nonprofits and time spent as a Baltimore City Public School teacher. She holds a M.A. in Education Policy from Teachers College Columbia University, a M.A.T in Urban Teaching from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in International Relations from American University.
