Soeren Palumbo

Soeren Palumbo leads global youth engagement programs for Special Olympics. In his role, he leads strategic growth and development of inclusion in schools and communities for young people with and without intellectual disabilities around the world through inclusive sport, leadership, and other opportunities. Soeren is also the co-founder of Spread the Word to End the Word, a global public engagement campaign to increase respect and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities by ending the hurtful use of the word “retard(ed)."
