Thomas Arnett is a Senior Research Fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank dedicated to improving the world through disruptive innovation. His research focuses on the changing roles of teachers and the evolving nature of teacher training in blended learning environments. Thomas previously worked as an Education Pioneers Fellow with the Achievement First Public Charter Schools, and as a middle school math teacher in the Kansas City Missouri School District through Teach For America. Thomas received a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
