Change initiatives fail 50% of the time. However, change is required with the successful implementation of new innovative learning environments. To this end, a service called BOLD, Bridging the Organization, Learning, and Design, was implemented. BOLD runs parallel with the traditional design process and is a forged partnership between research practitioners and school client to align their people, their built environment, and their organization to support the inhabitation of their new space.
