Prospective college students are questioning the value of a secondary education as they face rising costs and a variety of higher education opportunities. To connect with them, universities have to explain how their programs hone students’ passions and help them succeed. Jason will explain how to meet prospective students where they are by using language and ideas that resonate—rather than jargon like “faculty-student ratio”—to tell the stories of current students and their experiences.
