Globalizing STEM Classrooms Using Virtual Exchange
Many students in STEM education are limited to the bounds of their classrooms. The session will leave attendees with an understanding of innovative virtual exchange programs and how they've transformed STEM learning into collaborative global experiences. Panelists will showcase a US-Middle East postsecondary virtual exchange global health hackathon and a program where American and Syrian students collaborate to learn design prosthetics for those in need.
