Who is more effective—a leader who listens and reflects, or one who communicates and reinforces a shared vision? Speakers share short stories of effective leadership: one who asks questions and one who reinforces a strong vision. Participants will then engage across several leadership themes. Is there one preferred leadership style? Can both be effective? Should leaders be flexible regardless of personal preference? Participants will also reflect on their individual leadership journey.
