Student Voice: Leading a District Transformation
While there is a growing body of research on the value of student voice, there is little research on how to implement, diffuse, and sustain the use of student voice at the district level. This case study shares the results of a qualitative study on leading a student voice initiative in a school district that started in 2015 as a pilot with eleven teachers, and will reach full diffusion with 100% of educators using student voice to improve instruction in 2018-2019.
