Panelists will address the importance of strengthening relationships between and among students, teachers, and administrators through dialogues about identity, stereotypes, and bias. Student voice will also be a focus of this session, as the panel discussion will include how valuing student experiences and ideas are conducive to sustained change in schools. Building mutual understanding optimizes learning and creates inclusive school environments.
