Join Vanessa Hill as she explores the “Scully Effect” and the impact that role models have in changing the public perception of scientist and encouraging more people, especially women, to pursue careers in STEM. She will include steps teachers can take in the classroom to show a depth of STEM role models. Chevron celebrates the importance of role models in inspiring women to pursue STEM education and careers.
