Shannon Morris

Shannon Morris (Shay Ase) is a Brooklyn,NY native who uses art as a tool to create change in her community. Growing up, her engagement in the arts and activism has exposed her to the importance of creativity and the magnitude of its influence on society. Shannon uses her music to inspire and manifest change in those who are oppressed and depressed. Being a social entrepreneur, she develops workshops and events around social change to expose the issues as well as promote self-awareness. Now taking it to the next level, Shannon has Co founded Catalyst Arts with her peers to continue to create change in her local community with the mission of spreading social awareness through arts to the world.
