Tena Fenton
Tena has devoted the last 12 years of her life working with various non-profit agencies, faith-based organizations, alliances, gang members, and youth workers to improve the quality of life in the lives of Boston’s youth. Her success is built on her drive, unpretentious personality, intentionally mentoring, and infectiously leading the now generation. Prior to joining Match Beyond, she worked as a Case Manager for Youth Options Unlimited Boston. While there she served, intensively case managed, and advocated for Boston’s high-risk youth population. Tena believes that the key to success is resiliency and dedication. She plans to be a vessel that assists in unlocking the ability in the people she serves. She recently earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a concentration in Business from SNHU, via College for America.
