Erin Giebink

I am the Accountability Coordinator at Spero Academy Charter School located in Minneapolis, MN. I began as a paraprofessional at Spero Academy in 2012, working closely with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD). I have my BA in Psychology and MA in Educational Psychology. I am currently a doctoral candidate in educational policy and leadership at the University of Minnesota. My dissertation will explore the role of leadership and data use in special education.
