Joanna started AllHere to design a business model and technology solution that are both focused on the needs in the middle of the U.S. truancy problem, and treat all parties as participants in a solution. Before starting AllHere, Joanna was the Research Assistant at the Harvard Graduate School of Education Redesign Lab, a $1M initiative used by superintendents leading education reform to serve all students, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
AllHere's technology platform for districts is based on her unique knowledge and expertise in her field.

Her previous positions include: Research Assistant to Boston Public Schools Office of Data and Accountability, Family Engagement Coordinator at Excel Academy Charter School network; and Fellow to the U.S. Department of Education DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative in the Obama administration. Joanna's career begin with service as a 6th grade math teacher. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Harvard University and is a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
