Darlene Goins serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Wells Fargo’s Hands on Banking®, a leading program that provides free financial education to youth, adults, seniors, military and entrepreneurs throughout the company’s national footprint. In this role, she is responsible for setting the vision and driving strategy and execution for the program. Hands on Banking received the AFCPE® Outstanding Consumer Financial Information award in 2017.

Darlene joined Wells Fargo in January 2016 from FICO, where she developed and led FICO® Score Open Access, an innovative program through which FICO partners with financial institutions to provide FICO® Scores and credit education for free to over 150 million consumer account holders.

Darlene holds a bachelors of science in Electrical Engineering and a masters of science in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University. She is a member of the ABA Foundation Board and the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy Board.
