Erica Fessia

Erica Fessia has over 25 years of Human Resources experience working in the public and private sector and currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, she leads the Company’s philanthropy, volunteering and community engagement programs, as well as oversees the operation of the Qualcomm Foundation. Since joining Qualcomm in 1996, Ms. Fessia has held various leadership positions throughout the Company including the lead HR business partner role on the division executive staff, as well as leading the Company's Global Inclusion and Diversity group. Ms. Fessia currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board for FIRST and as Chair for the STEAM Funders Group of San Diego Grantmakers.
