Anna-Sophia Boguraev

Anna-Sophia Boguraev is currently a sophomore at Yale University where she is majoring in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry. She first became involved with Genes In Space in 2015, as a high school junior, and, through their program, validated PCR as a viable method of DNA analysis in the space environment. She has also been involved in more terrestrial biology research as an intern in various labs, and hopes, after graduating, to eventually go on to become an astronaut.
