Shani Wilkes

Shani is responsible for managing Lexia’s research studies and relationships with customers and educational partners. This includes the efficacy of Lexia’s products and helping customers evaluate the effectiveness of Lexia's programs on their students’ reading growth. Prior to joining Lexia, Shani designed evaluations on children’s learning and development at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and worked for several years with the New York City Department of Education as an educational researcher and project manager. Through her work in NYC, Shani contributed to the creation of a shared data warehouse and advised internal and external offices on using student and school-level data.
