I’m a wife, mom, teacher, blogger, social activist and public intellectual who is deeply committed to bettering the lives of those who have historically been marginalized and who continue to languish in our society. Within that microcosmo of people, it is those, like me, who are personally impacted by the collateral consequences of mass incarceration who have my full attention and voice.
