Keith Walker

After 38 years of service as an officer in the US Army, Keith founded KC Walker & Associates LLC and focuses on business development and leader development. He began his Army career as an armored cavalry Second Lieutenant and rose through the ranks to Lieutenant General. Keith is an expert in the leadership and management of large, complex organizations in uncertain, constantly changing environments. He has a track record of willingness to take the risks inherent in empowering subordinates to innovate; a team player who can lead disparate individuals to accomplish collective tasks; and a talent manager who mentors subordinates to meet the current and future leadership needs of organizations. Keith uses his experience in leadership, strategic vision, and innovation to help organizations solve strategic problems. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (1976), and received his MBA from Harvard University School of Business (1984).
