In Dance Another World, we know that a dance is a story. We read and write our own stories, then portray them through dance. Our target audience is non-native speakers from predominantly low-socioeconomic neighborhoods. Students' confidence grows as they own their stories not only on paper, but on the dance floor. It's an honor to work and develop this organization since I joined the team in 2015. As we grow, we're realizing the endless possibilities to serve our mission locally and internationally.

It's magic to see subjects like creative writing and dance or yoga come together in the same space and encourage interdisciplinary connections and growth. The future of education is innovative and exciting and closer than we used to think!

Other interests include: Latin, feelings, bubbles, Beat poetry, Joseph Campbell, and more.
