Courtney Daikos

Courtney Vollan Daikos is an experienced, urban educational leader who brings passions for equity, student success and teacher growth to her work as an education consultant. Courtney served for 16 years in public education as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, system administrator and principal in Chicago Public Schools, Seattle Public Schools and Highline Public Schools (King County, Washington.) After successfully leading school and system change for student outcomes in literacy, STEM, language acquisition and social-emotional learning at the elementary and secondary levels, Courtney transitioned to supporting school leaders and teachers as a consultant. Currently, as a co-founder and lead consultant with Continua Consulting Group LLC, she supports schools, P-12, to implement trauma informed MTSS models with specific focus on the teacher and principal systems necessary for sustainable change.
