I believe it’s the job of the designer to push the boundary of the project process through vision and design to better serve clients’ needs.

I've had the privilege to work at several high caliber firms in my career, and have enjoyed over 8 years at INVISION. Our office nurtures a culture of work-life balance. There is sincere dedication to develop people in parallel with outstanding projects. Balancing a career with being a mom of three and a dedicated spouse makes life interesting and challenging at times. But I always feel completely supported and able to give my best in all of those roles.

In my projects, I enjoy the collaboration equally in the field and in the conference room with the owner and contracting team to make buildings a reality. There is never a dull moment when you are working through solutions that result in a better project and get to see the owner’s face for the first time when they realize their vision as a built object.
