William Anders
William A. Anders is a native of Trenton, NJ who attended Clark Atlanta University located in Atlanta, GA. William obtained his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health with a concentration in Health Information Management and later completed his Masters of Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership. As a first generation college student upon graduation William decided to pursue a career path in higher education with the concentrated purpose of assisting other first generation college students with the transition from high school to college making the possibility a reality. William Anders has been in the field of higher education for 17 years and currently serves as the Program Director for NYC Men Teach working within the Division of Education at Queens College, a four-year college in the City University of New York system. William is also a proud and active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has been since the spring of 1999. His philanthropic work extends outside of the college campus where he mentors young men within his local community serving as a youth motivational speaker through various community organizations.
