I have been guiding leaders and managing teams as a learning and organizational development specialist for over twenty years. Working in services, manufacturing and international development, I have led large-scale strategic change and am recognized for my ability to rapidly grasp business challenges in both SME and large enterprises, transform human development practices, and design innovative, impactful solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters in Education and am trained as an executive coach.

I have contributed to the growth of hundreds of leaders in my career and continue to do so as Founder of Impact Crescendo and as a partner at Boostalab, two Montreal-based consulting firms. I share my vision, cutting-edge expertise and field-experience as a speaker at local and international events, and as a teacher at the Montreal school of entrepreneurship (EEMTL). I am a certified human resources professional and member of the International Coach Federation, servicing clients in person and at-a-distance across Canada and internationally.
