Darcy Rollins

Darcy is the College Director and Principal at International College of Manitoba, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which is operated in partnership with the University of Manitoba. He leads one of Navitas’ largest and fastest growing international pathway programs in the company’s partnership network, working to expand services to support a growing population of international students seeking world-class educational opportunities in Canada. Darcy has more than 15 years of experience working with the government of Manitoba, including Director of International Education, and Executive Director of Corporate Services for the Department of Advanced Education and Learning.
