Dawn McWilliams

Dr. Dawn McWilliams is in her second year as principal at Fulton Academy of Excellence in Aurora, Colorado where she serves a diverse population of 450 students. Previously, Dr. McWilliams served in other administrative roles for 6 years and as a classroom teacher for more than 20 years in the Denver metro area. As a lifelong learner, she looks for better way to address the daily ongoing challenges that seem to have stagnated education. Her doctoral research in adult learning theory has empowered Dr. McWilliams to continue pushing the growth of herself and others.
