Antionette Carroll

Antionette D. Carroll is the founder and President and CEO of Creative Reaction Lab, a non-profit that educates, trains, and challenges cities to co-create solutions with Black and Latinx populations to design healthy and racially equitable cities. Throughout her career, Antionette has worked for social justice, human rights, and diversity and inclusion nonprofits - with her last position being head of communications for Diversity Awareness Partnership.

In 2017, Carroll was named one of Essence Magazine’s 100 #WOKE Women Fighting for Equality, a 4.0 Schools Tiny Fellow, a Next City Vanguard, and ED Collabitat/Mastercard Edpreneur in Residence. Antionette is also an American Express/Ashoka Emerging Innovator, SOCAP Social Entrepreneurship Scholar, StartingBloc Fellow, and a Community Arts Training Fellow.
