Elizabeth Cohen
Liz Cohen is Chief of Staff for the Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness, where she works on strategy, networking, and policy with both the NYC and national research teams. Prior to ICPH, Liz spent over a decade working on K-12 education policy, including at the District of Columbia Public Schools, the Urban Institute, and as a consultant for foundations, school districts, and non-profit organizations. Liz holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and was a member of the inaugural cohort of Harvard University’s Center for Education Policy Research Strategic Data Project.
