Mercedes Milke

Mercedes Milke is the vice president of Live It Out and was a recent camp leader for Live It Out Summer Camp 2017. She is from Mexico and has been living in the U.S. for 4 years. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Mercedes' mother volunteers for AMSIF, an organization that empowers women and their families, and was inspired by her to volunteer in her community soup kitchens, food pantries, and more. She is an avid tennis player and ranked one of the top players in The Woodlands High School. She is also ranked top ten percent at her high school, yet she considers it something that does not entirely defines her. Her mind is set in helping those in need and creating awareness in her community by offering a solution towards high school dropouts.
