Aimee Davis
After teaching middle school social studies, reading and language arts for 10 years, Aimee Davis moved to working in informal education. First, working at the Museum of Science and Industry and then to The Field Museum, where she is currently the Volunteer and Public Learning Experiences Administrator. In this position, Aimee oversees the museum’s public floor programming, managing the Teen Volunteer Program, the Adult Discovery Squad Volunteer Program, and The Field’s new interactive Science Hub. In her free time, Aimee teaches at The Second City in the Youth and Teen and Improv for Educators Programs. Aimee earned a M.A. in Education Administration from Saint Xavier University and a M.S. in Elementary Education from Illinois State University.
