Howard Fuller

Dr. Howard Fuller is a civil rights activist, education reform advocate, and academic. Currently, he serves as professor of education and founder of the Institute for the Transformation of Learning at Marquette University. The mission of the Institute is to support exemplary education options that transform learning for children, while empowering families, particularly low-income families, to choose the best options for their children. Previously, Dr. Fuller served as the Superintendent of Milwaukee Public Schools. He is the author of No Struggle No Progress: A Warrior s Life from Black Power to Education Reform.
