Travis Rodgers
Travis Rodgers, Strategic Advisor Directing Diversity Initiatives, is responsible for devising program-wide strategic management for diversity issues impacting teacher licensure—including initiatives to diversify the teacher pipeline. His work has included working with policy makers, legislators, universities, and other stakeholders to identify possible solutions for improving teacher diversity at a state level. Travis has considerable experience working with teacher licensure and performance assessments including, the Praxis, PPAT, and NOTE. Prior to joining ETS, Travis worked as a Litigation Associate with Brown Rudnick, LLP. He earned his J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts; his M.S.W. in Community Organization/Children and Youth from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in Ann Arbor, Michigan; as well as his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
