At the core of this work is the desire to create engaging, yet challenging learning experiences for all learners world wide through interactive, responsive, and adaptive environments and smart and supportive assessments and analytics.
Andreas is a principal research director in ETS' Research division. He joined ETS in 2001 after receiving his doctorate and his master’s of arts cum laude in psychology, both from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Research, Andreas led Design, Analysis, and Reporting for NAEP, was part of the startup team of GlassLab, and a co-creator of the Survey Assessment Innovations Lab.
