Kyla Windley

Kyla Windley is a rising senior who has been involved in various social innovation projects throughout her high school years. As a part of Design 4 Impact, Kyla led the planning and execution of D4i’s first design challenge at a partner institution. She also created various reports analyzing data from each Design Challenge’s feedback surveys, which are vital for the organization in choosing its next steps during board meetings. This summer, Kyla co-founded a consulting firm in which its ultimate goal is to connect organizations with high school students that have a special interest in a given organization's’ domain.

For the past year, Kyla also served as the co-president of her school’s Committee for Social Justice, a group of students that have an interest in equality, want to learn more, and are actively involved in advocacy.
