Seamus Sands

Seamus has been employed by Kainos for over four years and currently holds the position of Senior Analytics Engineer. Over the past five years, Seamus has been an integral part of Support, Development and Data Analytics/Science teams delivering software, Analytics and production support to a range of public and private sector clients.

Along with my work within Software Engineer and Data Analytics, I complete a large amount of Tech Outreach as part of Kainos, that is aimed to give back to the community, this has involved working with CCEA to develop and deliver a Teacher's CPD programme, currently available for Primary School teachers (KeyStage 1 & 2), with developing further this coming year, so that it will include KeyStage 3 teachers.

Seamus is a member of several national and international organisations, some include Global Shapers (part of the World Economic Forum), YLUK (Young Leaders UK; set up by US Ambassador Barzun), I.A.E.S.T.E, The IET and The Young Influencers.
