Moe Carrick

Moe Carrick is Principal and Founder of Moementum, Inc., a Certified BCorp consulting firm dedicated to helping clients get results by taking a people centered approach in all ways. She has a diverse client portfolio including Nintendo of America, Prudential Financial, Starbuck’s, Nike, REI, World’s Finest Chocolate, TechSoft 3D, The Nature Conservancy, Hydroflask, and others. Previously Carrick served in senior leadership roles leading organizational change for many com McCaw Cellular Communications.

Carrick holds a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and an MS in Organizational Management from Antioch New England University. Carrick speaks, coaches, and consults on corporate culture, leadership, strategy, and team cohesion and as a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, utilizes the groundbreaking work of Brene´Brown to help leaders practice wholeheartedness at work. Her first book, Fit Matters: How to Love Your Job, wAs released by Maven House Press in May, 2017.
