Ken Kay is the Chief Executive Officer of EdLeader21, a professional learning community for education leaders committed to 21st-century education. Prior to EdLeader21, Ken was the founding President of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. Along with Valerie Greenhill, he co-authored “The Leader’s Guide to 21st Century Education: 7 Steps for Schools and Districts”. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Buck Institute for Education (www.bie.org). Ken is a graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Denver College of Law. He and his wife Karen have 3 adult children and a grandson. Ken and Karen live in the desert outside Tucson, Arizona with their golden retriever, Bisbee.
