Liz Gross is the Market Insights Manager for the loan servicing affiliate of Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation. She was responsible for launching the company’s social media presence, and now manages the market research program and marketing analytics. Liz also is a former member of the Higher Ed Experts faculty, where she developed and taught Social Media Measurement for Higher Ed, an online certificate course for higher education professionals, from 2015-2017. Prior to her current position, she was the Director of Marketing and Communications at the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha. Liz received her Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service in Higher Education at Cardinal Stritch University and was awarded the Leo and Margaret Goodman-Malamuth Outstanding Dissertation Award from the American Association of University Administrators. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and master’s degree from Marquette University.
