Elena Sanina

Elena Sanina leads the innovation in education strategy at Silicon Schools where she invests in promising solutions that have the potential to transform teaching and learning. Previously, Elena was a founding member of Charter School Growth Fund’s Impact team where she launched the College Access & Alumni Success practice, supporting access & economic opportunity for charter school graduates. Prior to joining CSGF, Elena led the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning models at Aspire Public Schools. She started her career in management technology consulting at Deloitte. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, Elena is a proud UC Berkeley grad and lives in Oakland with her husband and toddler twins.
